Grandstream phone not updating time

You locate your phone's IP address by pressing the "Next Scr" button on your phone twice.

Each user has a set of credentials which will be needed to configure each phone.

For each phone that you are configuring, obtain the following: You can find this information in the user detail pages under the "Users" tab in the "Phone Configuration" section.

If you did not purchase the phone from Vonage Business or you wish to move the phone to a different extension on the account, you should perform a factory reset on the phone. If the phone is not properly provisioned it will not display any line keys.

Click on the "Update" button, and reboot the phone.

You can find the firmware version your phone is currently running by pressing the "Menu" button (the center of the navigation wheel), select "Status" then scroll down until you see 'Prog: firmware version'.

If you are running a version prior to, please upgrade your phone's software before proceeding (refer to your Grandstream Administrator's Guide).

There are four files and they must be in the server's root directory (not the machine's root directory).
